Android Developer

We are currently on the lookout for Android Developer who will join the team of a client of ours. The company  is a leading international retailer with 500,000 employees worldwide in 33 different countries and over 12,900 stores. They deliver technological services for more than 30 countries in Europe and the US.

The company collaborate with different worldwide teams for providing customers various solutions – from business consultations and software development to managing a system platform and IT infrastructure.

You will develop a fast-growing application which has more than 5 million downloads. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and a team of motivated and smart people.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a consumer application in Kotlin;
• Create clean and testable code;
• Work in an Agile environment and take responsibility for the engineering work we deliver;
• Continuously improve the technical competency of our team;
• Have passion for technology, product and user experience.

Ideally, your technical skills will include:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Android Developer with Kotlin and Java;
• Experience with DI framework - Dagger 2, Koin, Hilt or other;
• Experience with legacy codebase and feature redesign;
• Eager to learn new technologies and frameworks;
• Great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audience.
