For one of our clients - a fast-growing international company, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to their Italian-speaking customers. You will be expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries, including product and service inquiries, technical issues, and billing inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian;
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and billing inquiries;
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide customers with effective solutions;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide customers with the best possible service;
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures;
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and good command in English, both written and verbal;
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Experience working in a customer service or support role is preferred;
  • Availability to work on shifts.
