For one of our clients - a fast-growing international company, we are seeking a skilled and motivatedCustomer Support Advisorto join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to their Italian-speaking customers. You will be expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries, including product and service inquiries, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian;
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and billing inquiries;
Troubleshoot issues and provide customers with effective solutions;
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction;
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide customers with the best possible service;
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures;
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian and good command in English, both written and verbal;
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members;
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills;
Experience working in a customer service or support role is preferred;
Availability to work on shifts.
